CareForce is currently a pre-revenue MVP asset intended for demonstration, evaluation and commercial development by a future operator.
Operational responsibility
Care providers remain responsible for rota decisions, payroll decisions, employment compliance and safeguarding processes. The software is intended to support administration, not replace management judgement.
Production launch
Before handling live customer data, the operator should complete security review, legal review, backup setup, monitoring, support processes and payment terms.
